Is it bad when you realize you are becoming your mother?

This past weekend I worked hard to get my yard all cleaned up... lawn mowed, weeds pulled, gazebo up and lawn furniture out! This was with assistance from my mom who brought over all of her fancy yard working tools.

It was the next day when I found myself wishing I had my very own leaf blower that I realized I have become her.

Every Christmas when I was little I can remember her asking for table saws and hand sanders... not diamonds and designer clothes.

Is this really what I have come to??!! Wishing for yard tools?!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

What men really mean... Woman_Mad

Have you ever asked what men are really thinking when they say the things they do? Well now is your opportunity to answer that very question...

"I missed you." Really means...
"I can't find my socks, the kids are hungry and we are out of toilet paper."

"We share the housework." Really means...
"I make the messes, she cleans them up."

"Of course I like it, honey, you look beautiful." Really means...
"Oh, man, what have you done to yourself?"

"I heard you." Really means...
"I haven't the foggiest clue what you just said, and am hoping desperately that I can fake it well enough so that you don't spend the next 3 days yelling at me."

"You look terrific." Really means...
"Oh, God, please don't try on one more outfit. I'm starving."

"You know I could never love anyone else." Really means...
"I am used to the way you yell at me, and realize it could be worse."

Putting it out there...

Weekend paintball...

Four friends were playing weekend paintball. The paint came in
paintballblue, green, yellow and red. Coincidentally, the four friends had T-shirts in those same colors.

Brenda used blue paint balls. The person in the green T-shirt used yellow paint balls. James was not wearing a red T-shirt. Diane used green paint balls and wore a blue T-shirt. Simon was the only person who used paint which was the same color as his T-shirt.

Can you tell which color paint they each used and the color of their respective T-shirts?
